However, our roots run deeper, with my formative years being spent immersed in the dairy industry.
As a teenager, I grew up working on dairy farms, gaining an invaluable understanding of the industry and the hard work it demands. It was here that my love and respect for the industry and the history of our community were nurtured. My grandfather, a dairyman, played a pivotal role in shaping my connection to the land and instilling in me a profound appreciation for the traditions and values that have defined our community for generations.
Transitioning to construction at 17 years old was a natural progression, driven by a strong desire to continue working with the land and being part of the transformation and growth of our community. This journey, rooted in the ethos of hard work and commitment, laid the foundation for my strong commitment to delivering quality work at a fair price.
